DJDM系列大型行噴脈沖長布袋除塵器是我公司在噴吹脈沖除塵技術的基礎之上，結合國內外先進除塵技術，為滿足大風量煙氣凈化需要而研制的脈沖長布袋除塵器。它綜合了分室反吹和脈沖清灰兩類除塵器的優點，克服了分室反吹清灰強度不足和一般脈沖清灰再吸附等缺點，使清灰效率提高，噴吹頻率大大降低。該產品使用淹沒式脈沖閥，降低了噴吹氣源壓力和設備運行能耗，延長濾袋，脈沖閥的使用壽命，綜合技術性能大大提高。廣泛應用于建材、冶金、石化、糧食、鋼鐵煤炭、電力垃圾焚燒工業窯爐等常溫或高溫含塵氣體的凈化及粉狀物料的回收。

DJDM long bag pulse dust collector is made on the basis of injected pulse and cleaning dust technologyapplying domestic and foreign advanced technology to meet the demand of purifying gas with large windvolume. It has the advantages of section reverse flowing and pulse dedusting, which makes up for deficiency ofintensity during sub-room and reabsorbing in pulse cleaning dust. The collector improves the efficiency，largely reduces frequency and uses the submerged pulse valve to reduce ar pressure ana energy colSumnpAo ,prolong the service life of using filter bag and pulse valve, and enhance combined property greatly. It is not only widely used in building materials, metallurgy, petrochemical,food, iron and steel, coal, but also used for purifyingdusty gas within room temperature or high temperature and formed in wasted electricity and industrial stoves andrecycling powdery materials.
